The cottages are ready for your arrival at 3p.m. and we ask you to leave by 10.a.m. on the day of your departure. Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A tumble drier is available for guests to use. All electricity is included in the rental charge.

Each cottage has full oil central heating and we open all year. There are woodburning stoves in all but the Linhay and a basket of logs is provided for you on your arrival. Additional baskets are charged at cost.

Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement at a cost of £20 per dog. We ask that dogs do not go in bedrooms, or on the furniture. Pets may NOT be left unattended in the cottages or gardens.

We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning and/or any damage done to the property during your letting period.

The saftey of those in your party is your responsibility when using the play park, gardens and field.

Numbers of residents must not exceed those stated on the booking form without previous agreement. If we do allow the number of residents to exceed the capacity stated on the price list, a charge of £50.00  will be made for each additional person. For the comfort and security of all residents please ask in advance if you want to have friends or relatives to visit during the day. We reserve the right to request that non-residents leave the premises at any time.

A deposit of 25% is required and the balance is due six weeks prior to your arrival. Once a booking has been made a legally binding contact exists and full payment will be required. We recommend you consider taking out cancellation insurance. Should you have to cancel a confirmed booking, this must be done in writing. We will make every reasonable effort to re-let the accommodation and if successful, any payments received, including the deposit will be returned, less costs.
